All items are price in pound sterling, GBP.
All prices exclude delivery costs.
Items will not be dispatched until payment has been recieved and cleared in full.
Payments are to be made via bank transfer. Use of PayPal is at our discretion.
Buyers are responsible for all customs charges, duties and/or taxes.
Shipping method will be agreed at the time of sale, however a signature will be required on delivery. All items can be fully insured at the purchasers cost. Items shipped without insurance will be at the risk of the purchaser.
Should a item be stolen or lost, a refund will be issued once the insurer has processed the claim.
Refunds will not be considered unless the items have been grossly misrepresented.
No items come with a mechanical guarantee unless it is explicitly agreed as part of the sale.
If you intend to return an item we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will mean your return will not be considered.
The postage and shipping costs will be the buyers responsibility. It is advised that the item is suitably insured when it is being returned.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received it.
When your returned items arrives it will be inspected and you will be contacted with regards to the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be made via your original payment method.
